崗位職責(zé)
1. 根據(jù)公司品牌策略以及部門業(yè)務(wù)目標，完成個人年度銷售業(yè)績；2. 具備創(chuàng)業(yè)魄力與創(chuàng)業(yè)者心態(tài)，極富工作激情，有較強的抗壓能力，具備獨立負責(zé)某項業(yè)務(wù)整體運營極管理的潛力；
3. 獨立完成合作需要的需求溝通、洽談、合同簽訂等工作；
4. 協(xié)調(diào)公司支持團隊，與被授權(quán)商共同制定年度商業(yè)計劃（包括產(chǎn)品設(shè)計開發(fā)、市場推廣、渠道等），有效提升被授權(quán)商產(chǎn)品的銷售和利潤；
1. 本科以上學(xué)歷，專業(yè)不限，2年以上相關(guān)行業(yè)（藝術(shù)、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、授權(quán)）的BD經(jīng)驗；
2. 熟悉IP品牌版權(quán)運作流程，有品牌授權(quán)工作經(jīng)驗、有客戶資源、有成功案例者、熟悉快速消費品行業(yè)和時尚、嬰童等行業(yè)優(yōu)先；
3. 要求有良好的語言表達能力和商務(wù)談判能力，強執(zhí)行力；
4. 工作積極主動，有責(zé)任心，為人正直，同理心強，能準確把握需求，獲得合作資源，制造合作機會；
5. 靠譜，執(zhí)行力強、學(xué)習(xí)能力強，可以成為給力的團隊伙伴；
6. 要求基本熟練英語。
Careers
Authorized IP Managers
1. Can complete the individual's annual s ；ales performance according to the company's brand strategy and the department's business objectives.
2. Have enterprising spirit and entrepreneur mentality, are extremely passionate with work, can work under pressure and have the potential to independently take charge of the overall operation and management of a certain business.
3. Can independently complete the communication, negotiation and signing of contracts for cooperation.
4. Coordinate with company's support team to work out the annual business plan (including product design and development, marketing, channels, etc.) with the licensee to effectively improve the sales and profits of the licensee's products.
1. Bachelor degree or above, major is unlimited, at least 2 years BD experience in related industries (art, internet, authorization).
2. Familiar with IP brand copyright operation process, experience in brand authorization, have customer resources and successful cases, familiar with FMCG industry, fashion, infants and children industries are preferred
3. good communications, business negotiation skills and executive ability are required
4. Work proactively, have a sense of responsibility, be honest, have strong empathy, accurately take hold of the need, obtain cooperation resources, and create cooperation opportunities;
5. Reliable, strong executive ability, strong learning ability, can become an awesome team partner
6. Basic English Language skill is requested.
